Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty (30) days without stating any reason. The withdrawal period shall begin on the day on which the goods are received by the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the Seller (help@helliora.de) of the decision to withdraw by means of a clear written statement (e.g. by email).

Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the consumer is obliged to return the goods exclusively to the return address communicated in writing by the Seller’s customer service. The return must take place without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of communication of the withdrawal. The deadline shall be deemed met if the goods are dispatched before expiry of the period.

The consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the return is due to a defect or an error attributable to the Seller. Returns sent without prior notification or to an unauthorized address will not be accepted.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to the following:
Goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed/opened after delivery (e.g. opened cosmetics, serums, skin-care products, personal care items).
Goods that have been used beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Condition of Returned Goods
The consumer is obliged to return the goods in a clean, unused and resalable condition together with all original packaging, accessories and materials. Any deterioration in condition, missing components, or other deficiencies attributable to the consumer may result in a reduction of the refund corresponding to the loss in value.

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the Seller shall reimburse all eligible payments received from the consumer using the same payment method employed in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Reimbursement will take place within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the returned goods. The Seller reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received and inspected.
